Note 1070611 - CTM order reading performance problem

Summary

Symptom

CTM order reading takes long. In order to improve performance the old reading function module needs to be replaced with a more efficient one.
After implementing this note the fast order reading functionality can be activated if CTM planning parameter FAST_READ is used with value1= X.

Old FM /SAPAPO/OM_PEGID_GET_ORDERS is an obsolete function which needs to be replaced by /SAPAPO/OM_PEG_CAT_GET_ORDERS
