Lifecycle planning is not generated for the entire planning horizon issue

If I use 03/31/2013 at the To field,




I only get the lifecycle pattern till M01/2012

But if I use Period 25, which is the same thing as end date of 03/31/2013,

I got the entire lifecycle pattern

It is a system bug.
